Psychosynthesis Life Coaching

In our life coaching sessions, I will work with you to identify your deepest yearning and most important priority in this moment of your life and help unlock your potential so that you can lead a life of greater meaning, self-alignment, abundance and contribution. My focus will be on helping you uncover and explore your goals, on the planning and actions needed to manifest them, as well as helping you work through any psychological triggers that you might encounter during the coaching process. We can address any aspect of your life that you want to tackle and bring real change to; we can work on matters pertaining to your professional or personal life, your health or your relationships.

While we may touch on earlier life psychological and emotional dimensions that may be blocking your progress, the main focus of our work together will be on your future and its potential; and on manifesting your emerging life purpose. This will free up your energy so your consciousness and willpower can be aligned and galvanised to intentionally create the life that you wish for, where you recognise yourself more fully, and feel more deeply self-expressed.

Life Coaching Practicalities

Psychosynthesis Life Coaching is organised in sets of six hour-long sessions, taking place once every two weeks, that work in incremental steps towards a final agreed goal. Clients can organise additional sets of six sessions if there are more topics that they want to work through with me in coaching. Sessions can take place face-to-face, online (on Zoom) or over the telephone.
