My Approach
As a Psychotherapist and Life Coach specialising in Psychosynthesis Psychology, I’m here to help you overcome a range of mental and emotional issues and fulfil your potential in all areas of your life. My approach to both counselling and life coaching is integrative and holistic, with a transpersonal perspective; a belief that the spiritual dimension of human beings is central to our identity, growth and purpose in life. I work with individuals and with couples to support you with your personal, relational, professional, and spiritual challenges. I also bring to the work, the generational, cultural, social, economic, racial, gender-related, religious and political aspects of your life: how they impacted you in the past, and their status in your life today. I offer sessions both face-to-face and online, in English, French, Spanish and Arabic. You can read more about my story here.

My aspiration is to build a meaningful, transformative and positive connection with you, so that I can help you live a life that serves you, your loved ones and the world around you; a life that's authentic, compassionate and constructive. By uncovering and connecting with your own vision of what you want out of life, you will be able to stand in your light and power, living joyfully, with acceptance and in the present tense.

Where appropriate, I will draw on complementary approaches in our work together, from art, movement, role-playing, writing, journaling, guided meditation and breathing to inner dialogue, dream-work, somatic experiencing, chakra opening and balancing and Reiki. Whatever form our work together takes, it will help you become more grounded, and able to take stock of your life’s journey so far. Having made better sense of your past, you’ll be more present, engaged and hopeful, living each day more intentionally and more accepting – in alignment with your heart’s desire and your vision.
I also bring to my clinical work, an exploration of how the dominant systems and culture of patriarchal, neo-capitalism, extreme materialism, consumerism, and colonial imperialism might have contributed to shaping you and your life, and if these systems and cultures contributed to separating you from yourself, your inner power and sense of purpose, freedom and direction.
I’m here to support you in your journey of personal healing, so why not contact me to arrange an introductory session to learn more about my counselling and life coaching approach and ask any questions you might have?
